COSTS OF PROGRAM IN ST.KITTS & NEVIS


To qualify for citizenship for St. Kitts, the government mandates that an applicant make a contribution to the Sugar Investment Diversification Fund or make a purchase of government approved real estate OR Hurricane Relief Fund (HRF), a newly introduced investment option which is open till 31st March 2018. The costs of the options are specified below:

SUGAR INVESTMENT DIVERSIFICATION FUND OPTION COSTS IN USD

   $ 250,000 --- Single applicant
   $ 300,000 --- Applicant with up to three dependents
   $ 350,000 --- Applicant with up to five dependents
   $ 450,000 --- Applicant with up to seven dependents
 

REAL ESTATE OPTION COSTS IN USD

   $ 400,000 ---
Property purchase price (minimum & must be held for 5 yrs, but may be rented out)
   $ 50,000 ---
Government Registration fee paid by principal applicant
   $ 25,000 --- Government Registration fee paid by spouse
   $ 25,000    ---
Government Registration fee paid by each child below 18 years
   $ 50,000    ---
Government Registration fee paid by each child above 18 years
   $ 50,000    ---
Government Registration fee paid by each parent above 55 years
 

HRF (Hurricane Relief Fund)

   $ 150,000 ---
Single Applicant
   $ 150,000 ---
Applicant up to three dependents regardless of age
    A contribution of additional $ 25,000 for any additional dependent regardless of age.
